Rates:
Half day rate: 3.5 hrs
Full day rate: 7.5 hrs
Half day of editing is included with all shoots.
Additional editing days are available for extended shoot times.
Cancellations made the week of the shoot are subject to a cancellation charge of half the agreed fee. Cancellations on the day of the shoot are subject to the full agreed fee being paid.
The 1998 Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to Lucy Ray Photography. Copyright of all images and video footage remains with Lucy Ray Photography unless by prior arrangement, with according fees paid. Any photos and video should only be used for the intended purpose, and by the client, and should not be passed on to third parties without consent from Lucy Ray Photography.
Any directions issued to clients, their guests or employees during a photographic shoot/event are deemed to be at said persons own risk. The photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot
LIABILITY - As a professional photographer I try my upmost to ensure a shoot runs smoothly and all client objectives are met. I cannot, however, accept liability for unexpected events with are out of my control including: poor weather, industrial disputes, sickness or injury, equipment malfunction, model release disputes, property release disputes and other actions or accidents that are outside my control and that cannot be reasonably predicted. I have Professional indemnity insurance, £5 million of Public Liabilities insurance, I carry a least 2 cameras bodies and several lenses which are regularly serviced. Images are recorded to two memory cards for a back-up on every shoot. Back up copies of your images will also be stored using reliable methods but I cannot accept liability for systems failures.
If Lucy Ray Photography has to cancel the appointment for reasons beyond their control (death, injury, sickness, etc.), their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. A new date will be arranged as soon as possible if the client wishes.
Files are supplied as high quality JPEG's, Videos as MP4 files. Raw files/footage is only supplied if agreed before the project commences and additional fees will be applicable.
Covid 19: We cannot be held responsible for cancellations or postponements due to Corona Virus or self isolation. Participants and subjects of photo shoots, take part at their own risk, and we cannot be held liable for infections contracted on photo shoots.
